MAKING A COMMENT ON PLANNING APPLICATIONS – MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL

• GO DIRECT TO “PLANNING”

STEP 3

• “SEARCH FOR APPLICATIONS” –“WEEKLY LISTS”
  Anyone can sign up here simply by giving their email to request regular updates. All applications and appeals are listed here. This will ensure planning applications are not missed. Just press the blue box “SIGN UP TO RECEIVE OUR PLANNING E-NEWSLETTER”, then “Submit.”

STEP 4

• “SEARCH FOR AN APPLICATION”
  This will give you all the information for all applications. Enter the “Application /Reference number” if you have it, or “Location” in which you are interested. Press “Search” then press on the number again.

STEP 5

• “DOCUMENTS” TO READ OTHER COMMENTS/RELEVANT INFO
  Remember to tick the box each time; “To show you have read and agree with the Copyright Notice”. “Download selected files.”

STEP 6

• “MAKE COMMENTS ON THIS APPLICATION” (at top of page)
  Fill in your details and comment direct to the portal. Alternatively, you may wish to upload documents written before or photographs etc., by pressing “Add a file.” Remember to Tick boxes- “I acknowledge…” then “Submit”.
  Comments may be made by letter if preferred. Remember to include the appropriate Reference Number, and Case Officer if known
