PLANNING- Public Meeting -11th June 2024

AHPS held a well-attended public meeting on 11th June entitled “Planning”. Councillors Paul and Pam Cumming attended the meeting.

Paul gave a knowledgeable, comprehensive and useful outline of how the planning process works. He also spoke about the SWDP and the Abberley Neighbourhood Plan. He answered several insightful questions from the audience.

We also looked at how to access the Malvern Hills Planning Portal to make comments regarding current planning applications. (See guide “MAKING A COMMENT ON PLANNING APPLICATIONS – MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL”- given out on the night).

Many stopped to enjoy delicious cake and tea afterwards. We would like to thank those who helped on the night, all those who attended, and Paul and Pam Cumming for sharing their knowledge of the Planning System.
